A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My husband and I met at ballroom dancing school in the sixties and that was it. After we married we came to Australia from the UK, settling here, raising two beautiful daughters. My eldest daughter had planned a big white wedding in England but unexpectedly had a job offer in the Middle East so mum came in handy and I was thrilled to marry them before they went over there with still had the lovely white wedding blessing in the UK and at that one I got to be Mother of the Bride.

I have always been involved with the community, as a JP, volunteering in school activities when my children were young and later in palliative care hospitals and at a women's refuge. I am still involved with Calvary and lately have been volunteering at the Wayside Chapel which is a privilege as I get to meet the most fantastic and amazing mix of society.

Why did I become a Marriage celebrant?
I love working with people so becoming a celebrant was a way to be involved with the exciting and happy occasions in couple's lives.Helping them plan their celebration and officiating at this amazing time. Creating for them a wedding where they are joined in love surrounded by family and friends is an immense source of pride to me. One of the unexpected pleasures is marrying my own friends, and their sons and daughters. I am so honoured to be in this profession and love performing weddings.

Your Lovely Day my promise
From our first meeting through to the final rehearsal and from the moment I pronounce you Husband and Wife I will be on hand to help make your wedding day as beautiful and happy as you always dreamt it would be.

Nothing gives me more pleasure than a satisfied and happy couple.
